All potential authors, script writers, musicians
and artists must meet the submission guidelines below!
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
* We will only consider manuscripts sent by email as a
microsoft word document. (N.B. The document should read:
booktitle.doc)
* Please include a one-page synopsis outlining the mental
health issue related to your book, or other multi media
material.
* Please include a publicity document suggesting ways in
which you could promote your book or multi media item in your
local area (nationally and further afield if appropriate). We
also require two good quality photographs of yourself, one
smiling, one more pensive, sent as j-peg files.
OUR EDITORIAL POLICY
* We will consider all MSS for publication provided they
comply with the submission guidelines
* The decision whether or not to accept your manuscript for
publication will be based on the following criteria:
1/ Literary merit
2/ The contribution the book, film script, musical piece or
collection of art makes to the mental health debate
3/ The publicity effort the author is willing to make to
support sales
The publisher's decision will be final.
* We will endeavour to give you a decision about your
manuscript within 12 weeks. Please remember we are a small
organisation with limited resources. If you do not hear from
us within 12 weeks, please email us at: info@chipmunkapublshing.com
